Vauxhall claim to be the first manufacturer in the UK to offer a warranty that can last a Lifetime. Available to the first owner of all new Vauxhall passenger cars only, it’s valid for the lifetime of the vehicle up to a maximum of 100,000 miles.

Features And Benefits of Vauxhall's Extended Warranty

Here is how the ‘Lifetime' warranty works:

Year 1

All new Vauxhall passenger cars are covered by a one-year unlimited mileage manufacturer's warranty with qualifying repairs at no cost to you.

Years 2 & 3

The manufacturer's warranty is extended for two more years up to a maximum of 60,000 miles.

Lifetime!

After that, Vauxhall provides a unique Lifetime Warranty, available to the first owner for an unlimited time period and a maximum of 100,000 miles.

In addition, every new Vauxhall vehicle also comes with:

• A full 6 year anti-perforation corrosion warranty, with no mileage restriction, subject to an annual corrosion protection service.
• 12 months free Vauxhall Assistance, covering UK and mainland Europe.

Details of Vauxhall Extended Car Warranty Cover

Vauxhall also sell a MasterFit extended warranty for the thousands of cars that are not eligible for the lifetime warranty. MasterFit Extended Warranty is available in two levels of cover:

• 12 months/20,000 miles (whichever occurs first)
• 24 months/40,000 miles (whichever occurs first).

All the major mechanical and electrical components originally covered by the manufacturer's warranty are protected for vehicles that are under five years old and have covered less than 60,000 miles at the time the cover was purchased.

For vehicles up to 10 years old which have covered less than 100,000 miles at the time the cover was purchased, they offer mechanical and electrical component cover.
